ENROLLMENT TO SOCIAL ENTERPRISE OPEN CAMP

STANDARD CATEGORY

The cost of participation in the event varies depending on the type of accommodation chosen for overnight stay (single room, double room, no overnight stay). Allocation of hotel accommodations is at the discretion of the organization, based on available places.

After viewing the offer, it is necessary to proceed to the room selection, fill out the registration form and complete the purchase via the chosen payment method (Bank Transfer or PayPal).

Partecipation costs

Rates include VAT.

Corporate enrollment

Offer reserved for people from for-profit corporate entities or interested individuals and not belonging to non-profits categories.

• With overnight stay

Non profit enrollment

Offer reserved for people from the non-profit world (organizations, NGOs, cooperatives, social enterprises, associations etc).

• With overnight stay
  • €1000 single room
  • €1400 double room
• Without overnight stay
  • €450

The overnight rate includes:

• Fee for participation in all activities included in the Social Enterprise Open Camp 2023 program
• Room and board in Todi at one of the hotels affiliated and selected by the organizers with double or triple room accommodation. Check-in October 20, Check-out October 23

The overnight rate does not include:

• Beverages of all kinds extra meal composition
• Personal extras of all kinds
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the paragraph “The overnight rate includes”

The rate without overnight stay includes:

• Fee for participation in all activities under the Social Enterprise Open Camp 2023 program
• Board in Todi, 20-23 October (closing with lunch)

Procedure to follow to register and participate in the Social Enterprise Open Camp

1. 1. Select the solution you wish to purchase (single room, double room or no overnight stay) depending on the category you belong to (Corporate or Non Profit)
   2. Fill out the registration form by entering the required personal and billing information. To purchase the double room, enter Guest 2’s information in the spaces provided (give indication in the notes, if payment is made from a Current Account in the name of a person/company other than the one participating in the Social Enterprise Open Camp)
   3. Proceed with the payment of your choice between
      1. PayPal
      2. Bank transfer

   4. Only in the case of a bank transfer, send a copy of the transfer made to iscrizioni@socialopencamp.org specifying in the subject line of the email the category to which you belong (Standard Corporate/Nonprofit Membership) and stating your name in the text of the email.
   5. Save and keep the order confirmation received when the order is completed. You will need to show it during Check In (Check the SPAM folder).
