ENROLLMENT TO SOCIAL ENTERPRISE OPEN CAMP

SCHOLARHIP CATEGORY

If you participated in the SEOC CHALLENGE – phase 2 and obtained the scholarship awarded under the “Innovazione per lo Sviluppo” initiative, you can now participate in the Social Enterprise Open Camp 2023 on very special terms!

Thanks to the support of our partners Fondazione Cariplo and Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, Fondazione CRT, Fondazione Pietro Pittini, Fondazione con il Sud for you there is an exceptional offer: participation in the event with accommodation in a double or triple room (depending on availability) by paying a minimum donation of € 50 to support the initiatives of the organizers.

The Scholarship includes:
  • Participation in all the activities planned by the Social Enterprise Open Camp – Unlocking the potential of Human & Social Capital
  • Room and board in the affiliated facilities in Todi with accommodation in a double, triple or quadruple rooms according to availability (with the possibility of choosing your roommate/s)
  • Check-in on the evening of 20 October and check-out on the morning of 23 October 2023.
The Scholarship doesn’t include:
  • Beverages of all kinds extra meal composition
  • Personal extras of all kinds
  • Anything not specifically mentioned in the paragraph “The scholarship includes”

ATTENTION!

The scholarship offers an accomodation in a DOUBLE or TRIPLE ROOM (depending on availability).

  • If you have a colleague or friend participating in the Social Enterprise Open Camp, when booking the “Sleeping place” you can enter the name of your roommate in the specific field.
  • If no request is indicated at the time of registration, the organization reserves the right to proceed with the accommodation in a double room of another person with the same requirements.

PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW TO FINALIZE THE REGISTRATION FOR THE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE OPEN CAMP

  1. Make the purchase of the “Sleeping place” solution
  2. Fill in the required fields with your personal data
  3. Proceed to pay the donation of €50 no later than September 26, 2023 choosing between two possible payment methods:
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer

In the notes, give indication if payment is from PayPal/Current Account in the name of a person other than the one participating in the Social Enterprise Open Camp in order to send correctly the receipt.

Only in the case of a bank transfer, send a copy of the transfer made no later than September 26 to iscrizioni@socialopencamp.org specifying in the subject line of the email the category to which it belongs (SCHOLARSHIPS) and indicating in the text of the email your name.

Save and keep the order confirmation received when the order is completed. You will need to show it during the Check In phase (check the SPAM section).
