PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13 AND 14 OF THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION 2016/679
The Consorzio Nazionale CGM, based in via E. Barigozzi 24, Milano e Fondazione OPES-LCEF, based in Via Abbondio Sangiorgio 13 – 20145 Milano (operational headquarters) and via Roberto da Sanseverino, 95 -38122 Trento (registered office), as data controller, in the person of Dr Giuseppe Bruno (Consorzio Nazionale CGM ) and Dott. Elena Casolari (Fondazione OPES-LCE) , informs the subjects to whom the services and activities are addressed, called data subject, who processes their data only for the purpose of allowing registration to the Social Enterprise Open Camp-Planet & People project and to manage the activities proposed under this initiative.
The legal basis of the processing is constituted by the contractual agreements with the individual participant; the data processed includes all those indicated in the registration form and, as a rule, those described in the particular categories referred to in Article 9 of the regulation, traditionally known as sensitive, are not included, the processing of which does not constitute the main activity of the controller.
The data of the data subjects may be shared with some external subjects, called processors, who carry out the processing on behalf of the controller, such as labor consultants, accountants, privacy consultants, all suitably trained and contractually bound to comply with the provisions referred to in the article 28 of the regulation.
There are also other external parties, or strategic partners, including the Compagnia di San Paolo and Fondazione Cariplo, to whom the data can be disclosed for lawful and project-related purposes, such as the disbursement of contributions.
The data processed are not transferred abroad or used to subject the data subjects to decisions based on automated decision-making processes.
The controller declares to have conducted an analysis of the risks related to the processing of data, to have also carried out an impact assessment on the processing, in order to verify the necessity and proportionality of the data processed, and to have consequently adopted technical and organizational measures. adequate and suitable to guarantee the maximum protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subjects.
The data at the end of the activities will be deleted or pseudonymised.
The data subjects can exercise, by contacting the data processor officer of the cooperative (Consorzio Nazionale CGM), available at the address avvocatoconsoletti@gmail.com and at the number 02 930 4277 the rights of access to their data (Article 15 of the European regulation), their correction and updating (article 16), cancellation, unless the activities are already in progress (article 17), and portability (article 20); he can also oppose the processing (article 21) or request its limitation (article 18).
In cases where it constitutes the legal basis of the processing, as for example in the case of the publication of photographs and subscription to the newsletter, he can revoke the consent to the processing of data (Article 7, § 3).
If the data subject believes that he has not been properly allowed to exercise these rights or has been violated, he can lodge a complaint with the privacy guarantor (Article 77), using the form available on the relevant institutional website.
