1) SUBJECT
Social Enterprise Open Camp refers to the international training event dedicated to social entrepreneurship through an intensive, immersive and residential training experience that features a program full of workshops, case studies from around the world, plenary sessions and keynote speeches. The entire event will take place in-person.
The Social Enterprise Open Camp is conceived and promoted by the Opes-Lcef foundation, VAT no. 02543880229 and tax code 96074340223, with registered office in via San Severino 95, Trento c. a. p. 38122 and operating office at 13 Via Abbondio Sangiorgio, c. a. p. 20145, in Milan, and by the CGM national consortium, v.a. lot 03500760172 and tax code 01845670403, with registered office at 24 Via Ermanno Barigozzi, c. a. p. 20138, in Milan.
The Opes-Lcef Foundation and CGM qualify as “Providers,” while those who register for the event qualify as “customers” under the remote membership purchasing system that employs Internet technology only.
All registrations, therefore, will be concluded directly through the customer’s access to the website corresponding to the address www.socialopencamp.org.
The contract concluded between the suppliers and the customer defines the purchase of the services offered within the framework of the Social Enterprise Open Camp and must be considered concluded with the acceptance at the moment of payment, which is confirmation of enrollment by the purchasing customer. The customer thus declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase process and, consequently, fully accepts the general and payment conditions transcribed in this document.
It is strictly forbidden to enter false and/or invented personal data within the data collection forms, which are necessary for the fulfillment of the order. It is, likewise, forbidden to enter data of third persons, unless provided for in other clauses, such as in relation to Scholarships, or to make multiple entries related to a single customer. Suppliers reserve the right to prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all customers.
The submission of the order confirmation by the customer implies full knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their full acceptance.
The subject of this contract (hereafter also referred to as “contract” for brevity) is the provision by Opes-Lcef Foundation and CGM, with the collaboration of professionals and collaborators, of the initiatives presented in the program of the event in which the client intends to register, through the online procedure.
2) SERVICE FEE
The client, in order to be able to participate in the event, will have to pay to the suppliers the relevant consideration in the amount indicated in the form prepared for the “Standard” and “Scholarship” categories on the website. The consideration referred to in this article, as specified in the registration may include, according to the choices made by the client, participation in all the activities included in the program, bus service from Bari to Matera round-trip, shuttle service from the hotel to the Sant’Anna center where the private shuttle work will take place Rates are per person and with VAT included for the “Standard” category; clients who require an invoice or receipt must make an express request.
The fee owed by the client to the suppliers for registration to the event must be paid, at the same time as submitting the application form after selecting the solution one wishes to purchase (single room, double room, or no overnight stay) depending on the category they belong to (Corporate or Non-Profit). After completing the registration form with the required personal and billing information, the customer proceeds to payment by choosing between:

It should be noted that in the case of registration for the event through the scholarship award, a minimum donation of 50.00 euros (v.a.t. exempt) will be requested to support the initiatives of the organizers.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the client is required to send a copy of the transfer made to iscrizioni@socialopencamp.org specifying in the subject line of the e-mail the category of membership (standard corporate/nonprofit membership) and indicating in the text of the e-mail his or her name and whether he or she would like a receipt.
In addition, you need to save and keep the confirmation of enrollment received after the order is completed. You will need to show it during Check-In (you may want to check your inbox spam if necessary).
In case order confirmation is not received, the customer can write to iscrizioni@socialopencamp.org.
3) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal, relating to event registration, may be exercised by sending an e-mail to iscrizioni@socialopencamp.org within 20 days of the start of the event. If communicated within this deadline, the fee paid will be refunded in full.
For withdrawal requested after the deadline, either fees in the amount of 50.00 euros or fees incurred for standard corporate/nonprofit membership will be withheld.
4) PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION
Providers refer to the information on data processing, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the European Regulation 2016/679, which will be delivered to the customer in which in addition to indicating the data processed, the purposes of processing, the legal basis and rights of the data subjects, the name of the data processors and the contact details of the data protection officer, contains the express request for consent to the publication of photographs and videos on the website and social pages.
5) FINAL CLAUSES
No addition or modification to this agreement shall be effective unless it is stipulated in writing between the parties.
Failure to comply with any of the obligations placed on the customer, entitles the suppliers to unilaterally terminate the contract with immediate effect, reserving the right to communicate the reason within 7 days thereafter, without prejudice, however, to any possible recourse action.
6) EXCLUSIVE PLACE OF JURISDICTION
For any dispute that may arise, in relation to the matter regulated herein, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
EXPRESS APPROVAL
Pursuant to and in accordance with Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, the clauses in 1) Subject; 2) Service Fee; 3) Right of Withdrawal; and 5) Final Clauses are expressly approved.
