Social Businesses – Case Studies
Social Businesses - Case Studies
In the the 6 workshops, 6 social enterprises from around the world will serve as case studies/learning platforms for the participants who, guided by two workshop leaders, with the collaboration of social entrepreneurs and the advice of knowledge advisors, will discuss and reflect on issues that are crucial to the generation and development of social enterprises.
Using an active methodology, the groups will be led to analyze the selected case study with a specific focus on the topics identified for this year’s edition: strategies and approaches to “unlock” human, social and relational capital as potential drivers of change and entrepreneurial growth.
The selected case study will be the catalyst to broaden the reflections to the participant’s own realities on issues such as corporate culture and governance, human resource management and skills training, team creation and development, enhancement of intergenerational capital and diversity, activation of networks and partnerships...
Over the two days, each workshop will develop a pitch to be presented in the final plenary on October 23.
